Indiana Choice Scholarship eligibility
Established in 2011, the Indiana Choice Scholarship was awarded to more than 35,000 Hoosier students for the 2017-18 school year. Indiana Choice Scholarship eligibility requires a student meeting certain criteria.
To be eligible for a Choice Scholarship, a student must satisfy the following requirements:
- A student must have legal settlement in the State of Indiana.
- A student must be between the ages of 5 and 22 no later than August 1 of the school year.
- A student must be accepted for enrollment into a participating Indiana Choice Scholarship school (Click here to find participating schools near your home >>)
If a student satisfies the three above requirements, there are eight different pathways that enable a student to be eligible for an Indiana Choice Scholarship.
